These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the MiLin Extensions website, online store, and salon services. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
MiLin Extensions is a luxury hair salon and online retailer based in Koh Samui, Thailand. We provide premium 100% human hair extensions, professional hair care products, and salon services.
2. Products & Services
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products and services without prior notice.
3. Human Hair Disclaimer
Our extensions are made from 100% human hair. Because hair is a natural product, slight variations in colour, texture, density and wave pattern are normal and are not considered defects.
4. Product Images
We make every effort to display colours accurately; however, colours may vary depending on your screen and lighting conditions.
5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if products are unavailable, payment cannot be processed, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. Pricing & Payments
Prices are shown in Thai Baht unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders or appointments already confirmed and paid for prior to the change. Accepted payment methods:

Cash is not accepted for online orders.
7. Shipping
Shipping is available within Thailand. Delivery times, courier and shipping fees will be detailed in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, refunds are not offered after purchase. Exchanges may be approved only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy. Incorrect or damaged items reported within 48 hours with supporting photographs will be reviewed for replacement.
9. Salon Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability. Hair extension appointments require an in-person consultation prior to service. Following your consultation, a deposit will be required to confirm your booking; the deposit amount depends on the scope and complexity of the service and will be confirmed at consultation.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or failure to attend your appointment without prior notice ("no-show") will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on availability.
10. Consultations & Hair Health
Clients should disclose allergies, scalp conditions and previous chemical treatments. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if proceeding may compromise hair health or client safety.
11. Aftercare
The longevity of hair extensions depends on proper installation and aftercare. MiLin Extensions is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, colouring, bleaching, chemical treatments, excessive heat, or installation performed by third parties.
12. Photography
Before-and-after photographs are only taken and used with the client's permission.
13. Conduct
Pets are not permitted in the salon. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, photographs and text are the property of MiLin Extensions and may not be copied or used without written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiLin Extensions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
